From your admin space, invite your employees in just a few clicks via an invitation email.
Follow-up tools (individual or bulk) are available for employees who have not yet completed their registration.
User statuses have been enhanced to easily track registration progress.
Improved management of calls for projects
✅ The calls for projects management module has been updated to offer a smoother and more reliable experience.

Simplify the creation and submission of application files.
Ensure accurate display of submission deadlines.
Improve tracking of applications still in progress.
🛠️ How it works:
The application form has been simplified to reduce steps and improve readability.
The submission deadline is now correctly displayed and taken into account.
Draft projects are visible from your management interface for easier tracking of unfinished applications.
Weekly Mail Digest
✅ You now automatically receive a weekly summary of your scope's activity, directly in your inbox.
🎯 Goals:
Keep track of platform activity without having to log in every day.
Have a regular, at-a-glance view of your key engagement indicators.
🛠️ How it works:
Every week, a summary email is automatically sent to you, covering your entity as well as all its sub-entities.
This notification is enabled by default; you can disable it at any time from your dashboard.
