📋 Simplified creation form
The mission type, target audiences and required expertise fields have been removed to streamline the process.
Date management has also been simplified: there is no longer any need to manually enter times.
🕐 Start date: automatically begins at 00:01
🕐 End date: automatically ends at 23:59
📧 Automated emails triggered by status changes are sent at 8:00 AM
🗂️ Improved application management
From the application list of a Call for Projects, you now have access to a summary banner displaying the Call for Projects name, the company, the coordinator, the number of applications received, and the status — editable directly from the banner.
New search and filter options:
🔍 Text search: by first name, last name, email or project submitter's organisation
🔖 Filter by status: display only applications based on their progress
⚙️ Custom filter: based on a form question
Other improvements:
The submitter's email address is now visible directly from the application list
📅 Corrected submission date
The date displayed now reflects the actual project submission date (no longer the Call for Projects creation date). For draft projects, the last updated date is shown, and the submission date remains empty.
👁️ Visibility on draft projects
Draft projects are now visible in the submitted projects list, with access to their content. They are also included in Call for Projects exports and reporting exports.
