Personalized information collection at sign-up
✅ Initiative creators can now add custom questions to the volunteer sign-up form.
🎯 Goals :
Collect practical information needed to organize the initiative (dietary requirements, t-shirt size, etc.).
Make logistics easier for initiative owners.
🛠️ How it works :
🏢 On the company side and 🤝 on the organization side :
Two question types available: free text field and multiple choice.
Questions are asked of the volunteer when they sign up for the initiative.
Answers can be exported from the registrations follow-up of the initiative concerned (Initiatives - Registrations follow-up).
⚠️ Answers are not available in the global export Initiatives - Participation dates follow-up
🏢 For company administrators
Tax receipt module – New features for companies
✅ The tax deduction module has been enhanced on the company side, with new fields and roles for more precise management.
🎯 Goals :
Allow companies to provide the legal information required to issue tax receipts.
Refine the management of permissions related to tax deduction.
🛠️ How it works :
🏢 On the company side :
New fields available in the company information: Legal name, Legal structure, and SIRET number.
Two new roles have been created to refine the management of permissions related to tax receipts. Know more.
Participation management – New permissions and clarifications
✅ Action permissions on post-initiative participations have been revised for more consistency and smoother workflows.
🎯 Goals :
Unlock actions previously inaccessible to certain profiles.
Harmonize terminology across the interfaces.
🛠️ How it works :
🏢 On the company side: :
🔄 New behavior : Company admins who are not coordinators can now confirm or decline a participation — an action previously blocked. For tax-deductible initiatives, confirming keeps the status pending organization certification; for other initiatives, it directly closes the participation.
🔄 Wording change: The term "Certify" is replaced with "Confirm" in the company admin interfaces.
🤝 On the organization side :
The organization can now always certify a participation, even if a company admin or coordinator has already acted on it.
Miscellaneous improvements
Deactivated accounts are no longer shown by default in user management.
The network list view is now available on the company admin side.
The wording of the engagement funnel in reporting has been revised for clarity.
Company admins can now escalate dedicated initiatives with participations to the level above, within the limits of their scope. Know more.
Call for projects : if a volunteer has already submitted a project, a message and a redirect button now appear directly on their dashboard.

🙋♀️ For volunteers
Long-term initiatives – A simplified journey
✅ Long-term initiative management has been redesigned to simplify date entry and clarify the closing of participations.
🎯 Goals :
Reduce friction in managing participation time slots.
Ensure an explicit and reliable closing of participations.
🛠️ How it works :
👤 On the volunteer side :
A Duplicate button makes it easier to enter multiple time slots.
A date can now be added directly from the dashboard, without going into the initiative page.
If a past date is entered, the slot automatically switches to "The volunteer participated," with a 30-minute window to cancel in case of error.
🔄 New behavior – Closing the initiative : closing now requires an explicit action from the volunteer via the Finish button (dashboard or initiative tracking). Previously, it closed automatically as soon as the last slot was validated.
🏢 On the company side and 🤝 on the organization side :
The date shown in the Initiatives - Participation dates follow-up now corresponds to the most recent past date or the next upcoming date.
Miscellaneous improvements
Languages are now sorted alphabetically in the dropdown list.
The homepage now fully reloads when switching entities.
Sign-up journey : separate tracking of Terms of Use and Privacy Policy acceptance, with new columns available in the volunteer account tracking export.

Tax receipt module – New features for organizations
✅ Complete overhaul of tax receipt management, with a new dedicated tab and enhanced settings.
🎯 Goals :
Centralize all tax receipt–related settings in one place.
Offer finer-grained management by branch and by donation type.
🛠️ How it works :
🤝 On the organization side :
A new "Tax receipts" tab is available, with 3 sub-tabs: Settings, Financial donations, and Skills-based sponsorship.
The Settings section brings together legal information, issuance rules, and a new option to define the primary issuance level for receipts (global or by branch).
Organizations can choose to have their tax receipts sent automatically via Komeet by providing their own custom template.
Navigation between branches is now possible to define branch-specific settings.
New variable
association_social_objectto include the organization's corporate purpose in tax receipt letters.
