🧭 Steps to Launch a Campaign
1. Create the Projects to Be Voted On
Go to My Actions > Call for Projects > Projects
Click Create a project
Fill out the form and save
📌 The order of appearance of the projects matches the order of creation.
2. Create the Voting Campaign
Go to Call for Projects > Voting Campaigns > Create a campaign
Set up:
Visibility: internal or external
Publication: immediate or scheduled
⚠️ Once created, you can’t add more projects to the campaign.
📊 Track the Votes
Navigate to Call for Projects > Voting Campaigns > Vote tracking
From here you can:
View collected votes
Sort data
Update vote statuses manually
🧍 Each employee can only vote once per campaign.
🔄 Vote Statuses
Status | Meaning |
⏳ Pending confirmation | Vote not yet confirmed (external campaigns only) |
✅ Voted | Vote confirmed |
❌ Rejected | Vote manually invalidated |
🏆 Announce the Winners
At the end of the campaign (status: Review):
Sort projects by number of votes
Click Select to designate one or multiple winners
🔚 Close the Campaign
Click End campaign
⚠️ This action is final.
Once closed, the public page will only display the winning projects.
