🎯 Purpose of the Article
Understand where and how to view the key performance indicators (KPIs) of donation campaigns, as well as the limitations depending on the campaign type.
✅ Prerequisites
Be an administrator on the platform
Have launched at least one donation campaign (public, internal, or P2P)
🧭 Tracking from the Reporting Tab
From Company Space > Reporting, you can access:
Indicator | Description |
👤 Donors | Number of unique donors (employees and externals) |
🧑🎤 Fundraisers | Number of employees who created a fundraising page |
📦 Fundraising pages | Total number of P2P fundraising pages created |
💰 Amount collected | Total donation amount excluding company matching |
🎁 Matching | Total amount matched by the company |
📊 Average donation | Average donation amount, calculated across all donations |
💡 If the number of fundraising pages > number of fundraisers, it means at least one employee created multiple pages.
💸 Amounts are displayed in the local currency, with automatic multi-currency management (exchange rates updated monthly). For more detailed tracking, use the exports.
⚠️ The amount displayed on the fundraising page may decrease if a donation is cancelled or refunded.
📂 Available Export Files
Find them in Company Space > Donations > Export:
Export available | Content |
📄 Donations – Donation report | Detailed list of donations (amount, date, donor…) |
📄 Donations – P2P tracking | List of P2P fundraising pages created by employees |
🔒 Access to personal data: Only nonprofit admins and the Komeet team can view personal donor data (name, email, address…). Other users only see anonymized data.
📌 These exports are not available for non-Stripe campaigns.
📉 Tracking Non-Stripe Campaigns
Donations made outside of Stripe (e.g. via an external link) are not tracked automatically. To track them:
Go to the campaign editing page
Manually enter:
The total amount collected
The number of donors
📅 Data will appear at the campaign’s end date
🔁 The platform updates it every 6 hours
