✅ Prerequisites
Be a company administrator on the Komeet platform
Have access to the Reporting section and exports
🧭 Mapping former Vendredi indicators to Komeet
👥 Number of registered users
Number of unique employees who joined the platform during the selected period.
👉 Reporting > Acquisition > New employee accounts
Accounts for which the employee has never logged in are excluded.
⚙️ Tip: click on the settings wheel to adjust the calculation method (include or exclude deactivated accounts).
🤝 Total number of engaged employees
Number of employees who completed at least one action (initiative or challenge).
👉 Reporting > Exports > Employee engagement report
Export the file
Number of rows = number of engaged employees
➡️ Includes any employee who completed an initiative OR a challenge
🏁 Employees who completed an initiative
Number of unique employees who participated in at least one initiative during the selected period.
👉 Reporting > Initiatives > Participants
Unique employees with a participation status of:
Pending confirmation
Participated
Contested participations are excluded.

💧 Employees who completed a challenge

📋 Number of completed initiatives
Number of initiatives that actually engaged employees.

Number of rows = number of initiatives with at least one participant
⏱️ Engagement time
Number of engagement hours completed by employees.
👉 Reporting > Initiatives > Hours completed
➡️ Includes only validated hours on initiatives (challenges excluded).
🏃 Challenges completed
Number of challenges completed by employees.
➡️ Counts the number of challenges fully completed, not the number of challenge steps completed.

All detailed data for these indicators can be exported from the Exports tab.
Differences compared to Vendredi may be explained by:
a different calculation method,
whether inactive accounts are included or excluded,
more granular participation and application statuses.
